PROCESSING TIME: Once proofs are approved by you, typically it take 1-5 days production time BEFORE shipping. (allow a little extra time during holidays). If you need it super rushed, please let me know and I will see if it can be scheduled into your time frame.
NOTE: We offer One-Day Rush Processing Service as an Upgrade for an additional $10 fee to be shipped out next day (sometimes same day – depending on when we receive it.

• First, be sure to select all your options in drop down menu (color of charm, color of frame, etc.)
• Try to have your photo picked out when you’re ready to buy
• Then purchase this listing – Free First Class USPS Shipping.
• If you prefer faster Priority Shipping- select it at check out process
• Send me a message on Etsy along with your photo and any special instructions.
• Use your name to identify your photo so I can easily identify it during production
• Include your email so that I can send you proofs of how it will appear
• At the bottom right corner of the message window, click “Attach Image” and upload your photo.
• No need to crop your picture – I will do cropping, editing and enhancing when necessary.
• High resolution photos work best for clarity (jpg, pdf or png)
