RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING/PAYMENT POLICIES
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS – Because of the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations for personalized items. All sales are final for personalized items. If you have questions about your item, please contact me at eva@charmingkeepsake.com .
EXCEPTIONS – If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect personalization, notify me within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You must include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item with your message. In the case of damage or incorrect personalization, we will ship your replacement within two business days.
SHIPPING –
- We make every effort to ship your item to you within 1-3 days of order receipt. Questions or other issues related to your order may add a small amount of time to the delivery schedule. REMEMBER: If we do not receive a photo with your purchase, we cannot complete your order.
- If your items are needed by a set date, please email me and inquire as to whether we can meet your deadline.
- We ship to the address you provide at the time of your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
- We ship multiple items in one single order.
- If you purchase items to be given as gifts, you must place a separate order for EACH individual gift along with a clear mailing address for each gift to be shipped.
- We ship First Class via U.S. Postal Service. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, first class domestic service traditionally takes two to five days, but be patient, the mail has been slow lately. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order. It is your responsibility to track your item.
- Once the U.S. Postal Service shows proof of delivery, we are not responsible for your package. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen items.
